Catcher of Things

08 Jun

Bad dreams and wicked wings embrace the night,
By flight, they aim to enter our domains.
Dreamcatcher, allow right thoughts to pass on by,
And haunt the sordid trappings into flames.
May wisdom run down feather and sinew,
As marmalade and sweet sun drops sink in,
With pen I wake for precious jewels anew,
From the mind I harvest inspiration at whim.
